INTEGRAL HATHA YOGA
These classes are spiritual in nature. They guide the student to go gently inward and experience the effects of the posture. The classes are never competitive. Silence, acceptance, and awareness are used to relax the body and calm the mind. Classes begin with a short chant, followed by yoga postures (asanas), a deep relaxation, breathing practices (pranayama), and a short silent meditation.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa means “connection” in sanskrit and so in each practice, through a flowing sequence, the movement connects to breath which anchors the mind to one point of focus. Perfect for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, Yoga is wonderful for releasing stress, increasing flexibility and improving body alignment.
Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices which incorporates, movement, music, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and mantra. The goal is to build physical vitality, increase self- awareness and to enjoy this fascinating yoga practice and experience deep healing.
