The Garden Kitchen
The Garden Kitchen is run by our amazing private chef, Katie Connolly who has been cooking for the family and friends for many years. Katie majestically transforms delicious fruit and vegetables from our abundant farm into sensational masterpieces which are a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Katie is not only passionate about creating an exceptional menu, she does so with acute attention to detail with creativity and love.
We all enjoy a mainly plant based diet however we occasionally serve locally caught fresh fish from Garrucaha, local goats cheeses and organic eggs. Homemade chutneys and jams, our own olive oil and fresh fruit and vegetables are always readily available.
As we are ecologically friendly we always prefer to serve food that is organic or sustainably whenever possible. Katie is knowledgeable on nutrition and happily prepares the meals according to all dietary requirements .
