BAR & DINING
In our formal gardens close to the yurts and hymer we have a beautiful Caribbean inspired circular Tiki Bar. This is the perfect place to sit and enjoy sundowners followed by food from our Parillada, which is an Argentinian open-air grill or barbecue. Here, our chef will prepare fresh seafood, meat and vegetarian delights. Served with wonderful fresh garden salads and vegetables, it really is an inspired night out when in.
We also have our pool bar, which is perfect for lounging in the day or for relaxing and dancing with your friends in the evening.
Our wonderfully experienced chef comes on site to cater for all meals, should you choose to have any meals with us.
All of our food is organic or sustainably sourced, much of it grown in our own extensive gardens. All of our freshly caught fish is carefully selected from the fishing port in Garrucha, and our meat is chosen for its’ quality from local suppliers and artisan butchers. Local cheeses, organic eggs, homemade chutneys and jams, our own olive oil and fresh fruit and vegetables are always readily available when choosing one of our catered for options.
For self catering guests we have two kitchens available for you to use, the main Mediterranean farmhouse style kitchen is in the Finca and has a large chefs range, plenty of work surface, an island and an extra dining table, ideal for breakfasts or lunchtime buffets.
If you happen to have a birthday during your stay with us, then do let our site managers know and they can help with some light entertainment or special dinner arrangements. To start your day in our idyllic and magical sunny gardens and end up with a little dancing barefoot under the moonlight, you and your friends can have a wonderful day. We even have a piano, guitars and a djembe for your use.
With a fantastic array of delectable dishes, entertainment, and a host of wonderful areas in the gardens to choose from, your day can be varied and exciting. From freshly grilled chicken or fish for lunch at the Argentian Parillada and drinks at the Jamaican Tiki Bar or a paella in the amphitheatre, sipping on Sangria whilst flamenco dancers entertain you. Cocktails can be served on the round terrace to the romantic sounds of a live guitarist.
For variety and cost please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to advise you.
The second guest kitchen is situated in the Pool House. Smaller but brightly decorated and cheerful with a breakfast bar, small oven and plenty of work surface. Its’ large glass doors open onto a private terrace and over look the lawn as well as having windows looking to the main swimming pool. Perfect for preparing lunchtime sandwiches and snacks.
